This summer the flu and everything in between shows their true colors. There are an abundance of germs that we come in contact with that we may not see during any other part of the year. For example, we usually do not go to amusement parks in the winter. Hello germs! Protect yourself with this healthy and immune boosting smoothie. Rich in vitamin A, C and zinc, this smoothie can increase the production of white blood cells and antibodies to get your body ready to resist this season’s infections.


  • 1/2 c. mango cubes
  • 1/2 c. cantaloupe cubes
  • 1/2 c. fresh pineapple cubes
  • 1/4 c. chopped pumpkin seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth
