Nacho Week: Buffalo Chicken

Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Simmer 1 1/2 cups of buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup of water in a deep-dish frying pan.  Add 4 cups of shredded cooked chicken to the water and buffalo sauce mix.  Next, fill a bowl/plate with nachos of your choice.  Top the nachos with 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.  After the water-buffalo sauce mix is fully heated, pour over the nachos and shredded cheese.  Next, top the plate with blue cheese and chopped celery.  You can add other toppings like black beans, pinto beans, or jalapenos if you would like to.  The last thing you need to do is heat the oven to 200 degrees and pop those nachos in the oven to warm them up.  After 10 minutes, take them out of the oven, drizzle lite ranch dressing over the top, and chow down!
